As Head of DACH Investor Relations, you will lead the regional strategy, build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices, and manage a high-performing team. This role is pivotal in driving Moonfare's growth in the DACH region and collaborating with senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of Investor Relations experience, including experience within the DACH market
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
  • A proven track record of converting leads, closing relationships, and driving commercial results
  • Full professional working proficiency (C1/C2) in German and English, including the ability to lead complex business discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and write polished professional correspondence in both languages
  • Strong relationship-building skills and outstanding stakeholder management capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience guiding, motivating, and developing teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • High integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
