Description

Moonfare is a private markets investment platform that provides access to institutional-quality funds and exclusive opportunities. Headquartered in Berlin with offices across Europe, the US, and Asia, the company is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Regional Head of DACH to accelerate growth and deepen presence among high-net-worth individuals and family offices. This role involves shaping and executing the DACH strategy, cultivating key investor relationships, and building a high-performing Investor Relations team. The position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing leader in private markets, working closely with senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of Investor Relations experience, including within the DACH market
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
  • Proven track record of converting leads, closing relationships, and driving commercial results
  • Full professional working proficiency (C1/C2) in German and English, including ability to lead complex business discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and write polished professional correspondence in both languages
  • Strong relationship-building skills and outstanding stakeholder management capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience guiding, motivating, and developing teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • High integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
