Head of Customer - DACH

Hawk is a leading provider of AI-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection technology. Banks and payment providers globally use Hawk's combination of traditional rules and explainable AI to improve AML compliance and fraud prevention. As Head of Customer for DACH, you will own customer outcomes in the region, lead a cross-functional team, and contribute to building a globally deployable operating model. You will drive commercial results, handle escalations, and partner with sales to ensure deliverability. This role requires extensive experience in professional services leadership and fluency in German and English.
