Front Desk Agent

Trade Republic is hiring a Front Desk Agent for its Office Management team in Berlin to be the first point of contact for employees and guests. The role welcomes guests, partners, applicants, and employees professionally, manages mail and parcel processing, incoming email, and internal requests, and owns the full office ordering process (supplies, drinks, snacks) along with stock levels. It involves questioning and improving reception and office workflows, coordinating external service providers and tradespeople, managing meeting rooms and catering, and supporting small company events. The position requires reception experience in a dynamic startup/corporate environment or upscale hospitality and fluent German and English. Relocation support is available if required.
