Description

Flink has been the leading quick-commerce grocery delivery service in Germany and the Netherlands since 2021, delivering fresh, high-quality groceries ordered through its app or web shop within minutes from around 150 hubs in roughly 90 cities. As Hub Manager in the greater Würzburg area you coordinate the hub employees during your shift and are their first point of contact. You work hands-on in daily operations, delegate tasks within the shift, support the onboarding of new colleagues and give feedback on how hub processes can be optimised. You are also responsible for goods handling, including checking and booking in deliveries, stock control and picking, you help maintain staff scheduling and you monitor compliance with quality and hygiene rules under HACCP.
