PAIR Finance is transforming the traditional debt collection industry with innovation and a drive for excellence. As a Data Scientist, you will join our Outbound Data Science team to optimize our product using machine learning and artificial intelligence. You will work on advanced AI fields such as Reinforcement and Q-learning, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable value to the business. You will experiment with new technologies and communicate between stakeholders to present technical product concepts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in a startup or fintech company
  • Experience with Python and data processing packages (e.g., Pandas, Numpy)
  • Familiarity with web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Track record of successful projects using machine learning to solve business problems
  • Experience with agile development practices such as TDD/BDD, continuous integration, refactoring, code reviews
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
