This Senior Account Executive role sits in Salesforce's Key Account Management team, focused on defined enterprise customers in the manufacturing sector in Germany. You will own the full Salesforce portfolio for your accounts, driving revenue growth, cross-sell of AI and Agentforce products, and executive relationships from prospecting to close. The role is AI-native, using Agentforce and AI tools for account research and pipeline intelligence while helping manufacturers adopt AI agents. It suits a seasoned seller with 10+ years of quota-carrying experience, manufacturing market knowledge, and fluent German and English.

Requirements

10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
Strong knowledge of the manufacturing market and a well-established network of C-suite and senior executive relationships
Curiosity about AI and comfort using AI tools, with the ability to speak credibly about agentic technology
Fluent English and German
Ability to break down complex business challenges and articulate how Salesforce solutions address them
Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics, Computer Science, or any STEM subject
