The Rewarded Analytics team develops internal dashboards, alerting systems, and data pipelines to monitor user funnels, traffic engagement, and reward consistency across 770 million users. The role involves deep-dive investigations using SQL and Python on a 100TB data lake queried via Trino, with Tableau for visualization and Airflow for orchestration. The analyst will own data quality and anomaly detection, establish technical standards, and act as a strategic advisor to engineering, product, and commercial teams. The position offers relocation support to Hamburg, Germany.
Requirements
- 7+ years as a Data Analyst or Analytics Lead in the AdTech domain
- Mastery in SQL and Python for processing multi-terabyte ad impression, bidding, and conversion event streams
- Extensive experience building anomaly detection frameworks using clustering, distribution analysis, and cross-population comparison
- Technical helicopter view of the full AdTech data stack: tracking specs, API integrations, data lake architecture, and event pipelines
- Hands-on experience with dbt and Airflow
- Ability to establish team-wide technical standards and build production-grade data quality suites
