As a (Junior) Product Manager for our AI chatbot Sophie, you will shape the next generation of our AI-based customer service. Your goal is to resolve customer inquiries as simply, quickly, and automatically as possible through the chat. You will analyze real user interactions, develop new features, and leverage LLMs and AI agents to make our chatbot continuously smarter and more helpful. Working closely with IT and chatbot experts, you will develop end-to-end solutions that guide customers to the right resolution, always focusing on the entire customer experience. This role is based in Augsburg and offers the opportunity to drive data-driven innovation in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Requirements
- Strong academic background, ideally with a focus on business, technology, or interdisciplinary studies (e.g., business administration, business informatics, computer science, data science, media/communication science, engineering)
- Passion for AI: deep engagement with generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents, and a desire to build real digital products from them
- Understanding of conversational UX: ability to translate complex customer needs into intuitive dialogue flows
- Strong analytical skills: data-driven mindset, comfortable with KPIs, and ability to identify problems and systematically improve products
- Drive and communication: clear communication, enjoy interdisciplinary work, and can find quick, viable solutions in dynamic situations
- Very good German language skills in written and spoken form
