- Above-average completed degree, ideally with a business or technical/mathematical background (business administration, economics, global business management, media/communication studies, business engineering, business informatics, or similar)
- Growth and e-commerce mindset with strong interest in performance marketing, digital sales channels, and international e-commerce, plus enjoyment developing growth data-driven
- Quick comprehension to grasp complex contexts and a hands-on mentality to find and implement pragmatic solutions fast
- Analytical and strategic thinking with an independent, structured, data- and fact-based approach to continuously improving processes; able to confidently interpret funnel, tracking, and marketing metrics
- Technical understanding and interest in e-commerce and technical topics, able to collaborate with IT at eye level; willing to work with APIs, tracking, payment, and technical partner integrations
- Able to communicate ideas clearly and work confidently with international partners and different departments
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and Jira, plus curiosity and experience using AI/LLM-powered tools to develop product concepts, mockups, and new ways of working
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
