Description

As Project Manager at Statista you are the driving force behind the delivery of cross-functional projects and operational initiatives at Statista R, making sure they are brought to completion reliably and with a clear focus on results. You build and further develop PMO structures that make responsibilities and progress transparent, secure clear commitments and consistently track milestones to establish a dependable delivery culture. The role involves proactive communication and alignment between teams and management through structured updates and status reports, as well as preparing decision papers, structuring complex topics and sparring with the lead. Alongside project steering you independently take on operational topics. The position is based in Hamburg within Corporate Development.

Requirements

  • Several years of project management experience, ideally in a PMO, transformation office or strategy/operations consulting
  • Clear and direct communication and the ability to be convincing at all levels
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including demanding situations with conflicting interests and priorities
  • Analytical and strategic thinking combined with a high execution pace
  • Basic technical understanding and a strong affinity for data-driven work
  • Experience steering several projects of differing complexity in parallel
  • High sense of responsibility and the ability to anchor accountability in project structures
  • Fluent German and English
