Description

FINN, Germany's leading car subscription platform, is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Defleeting team in Munich. The role sits at the intersection of operational excellence and financial performance, designing scalable defleeting processes at the end of the vehicle and subscription lifecycle. You will balance damage impairment costs, customer revenue recovery and a premium customer experience while ensuring vehicles are defleeted quickly and smoothly. The job involves managing external partners such as OEMs, appraisers and compound hubs, and aligning internal teams across Fleet, Customer Operations and Vehicle Logistics. It is a hybrid, full-time position with a stated salary range of 64,000 to 75,000 EUR per year.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology & Management, Economics or a related field
  • Proven track record in a high-performance environment such as a fast-scaling startup, scale-up, VC fund or top-tier strategy consulting firm
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and a clear bias to action
  • Structured, independent project management capabilities
  • Excellent German (C1/C2) and fluent professional English
