Description

Notion is hiring a senior Germany GTM leader based in Munich, sitting on the EMEA Leadership Team and reporting to the General Manager, EMEA. The role owns the go-to-market strategy, operating rhythm, and revenue outcomes for Germany across Sales Assist and Self Serve, leading frontline managers and IC teams spanning Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, and Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering. Responsibilities include scaling a country-first GTM motion, winning lighthouse customers, embedding Notion's AI-era GTM model, building partner co-sell motions, and representing German customer needs back to Product and EMEA leadership. Candidates need 12+ years of professional experience including 5+ years leading SaaS or AI sales/GTM teams in Germany, proven second-line leadership, and fluency in German and English.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in SaaS or AI sales and GTM teams in Germany
  • Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and IC teams
  • Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn
  • Deep knowledge of the German enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks and partner channels
  • Experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment
  • Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, or data products
  • Strong strategic judgment to define country plans, segment markets, and align cross-functional teams
  • Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, and territory planning
  • Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, and COO buyers
  • Fluency in German and English
