CHECK24's Cologne site (between Friesenplatz and Mediapark) is hiring a (Junior) Office Manager to serve as the central point of contact for organizational topics, coordinate service providers and orders, organize internal events, and further develop benefits and processes. The role covers day-to-day office management such as mail handling and ordering, coordinating external service providers and suppliers, planning internal events (drink-outs, summer and Christmas parties), optimizing administrative processes with digital tools and AI, managing office benefits like the office lunch, and coordinating workplace safety topics at the site.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship with very good results, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in office management, front desk, hospitality, event management, or similar areas
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel, as well as digital tools; openness to trying new AI applications
  • Strong service orientation, hands-on mentality, and a solution-oriented way of working
  • Enjoys working in a team, contributes proactively, and drives topics independently
  • Fluent German and English, written and spoken
