CHECK24 is looking for a Junior Customer Advisor to join its small Environmental Bonus (Umweltbonus) team in Munich, which helps electric vehicle owners claim their THG bonus (climate quota premium) quickly and entirely digitally. The role involves answering customer inquiries mainly by email and occasionally by phone, explaining the THG bonus process, and checking vehicle registration documents to ensure eligibility and accurate certification by the Federal Environment Agency. The advisor also supports various eligibility and payout checks and helps identify recurring errors to improve the product and process. It is a full-time, permanent, office-based junior role requiring strong written German skills and customer orientation.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • Excellent written communication skills, service-oriented, grammatically correct and audience-appropriate
  • Strong customer orientation and a confident, friendly demeanor with customers
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working, even under high workload
  • High attention to detail and quality awareness, especially for document and data checks
  • Very good German skills (C2)
