Description

Superchat, a Berlin-based customer messaging and AI platform used by over 10,000 businesses worldwide, is offering a Global Marketing Graduate Program position. The role involves working on the conception and execution of global online marketing initiatives, analyzing campaign results to develop concrete recommendations for improving performance, and researching and creating content for paid social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn. The graduate will also track current content marketing trends and marketing news and help integrate them into the company's work. The role is based on-site in Superchat's Berlin office and requires C2-level German and at least C1-level English.

  • Some practical experience in marketing, managing ad channels, or producing videos for social media
  • Quick grasp of new topics with strong creative and analytical skills
  • German at C2 level and English at least C1 level; additional languages are a plus
