Engagement Manager

Trade Republic is hiring an Engagement Manager for its Growth team in Berlin to develop and implement engagement marketing strategies that drive user engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The role owns constant performance optimization through testing and uses data analysis to shape engagement strategies, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics. It works closely with cross-functional teams including product management, product growth, and brand marketing. The position requires at least four years in engagement or retention marketing in fast-paced B2C environments and proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.
