Description

FINN, Germany's leading car subscription platform, is looking for a Sales Lead to build and scale the growth engine of its JobAuto business in Munich. JobAuto is an employee benefit that lets staff obtain a car subscription up to 40% cheaper through salary conversion, already offered by more than 700 German companies. You will lead 6-8 Account Executives of varying seniority, ranging from early-career coaching to strategic sparring on enterprise deals, while also shaping the sales motion itself. You will own pipeline health, forecasting and closings, raise sales excellence with methods such as MEDDIC, and use KPIs and analytics to accelerate deal velocity and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B sales with a proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, developing talent, raising performance standards and leading by example
  • Strategic and hands-on: able to think holistically about go-to-market, account strategy and growth levers while diving deep into live deals to close them
