Description

FINN is looking for a working student to join its B2B sales team in Munich and support the acquisition of new business customers for its car subscription platform. The focus is on strategic market research and active lead generation through outbound channels, including cold outreach and prospecting. The student qualifies leads and hands them over smoothly to account executives and sales managers, and gathers customer requirements to feed back to management. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams to refine outbound sales strategies and maintain CRM structures. It offers deep insight into modern startup sales processes as a foundation for a career in sales management.

Requirements

  • Ongoing or completed studies, for example in business, communication or social sciences, or a comparable commercial qualification.
  • High intrinsic motivation for direct customer outreach and genuine enjoyment of independent sales work and phone calls.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, energetic and engaging manner to build trust with decision makers.
  • Excellent German at C1/C2 level and strong communication skills in English.
