Working Student Payroll

Flink, the quick-commerce grocery delivery company, is looking for a working student to support its payroll team in Berlin. You would help run the monthly payroll in SAP, maintaining data, sanity-checking results and spotting anomalies before they reach a payslip. The role also covers correspondence with health insurers and public authorities, preparing bulk changes as upload files, issuing certificates, handling requests from the payroll mailbox and preparing reports from SAP and BigQuery. You are also expected to actively improve processes, for example by building response templates, automating reconciliations or documenting workflows.
