Description

As Senior Affiliate Manager DACH at Raisin, you own performance-based customer growth through affiliate and strategic brand partnerships in Germany and Austria. You manage and scale the affiliate marketing programs within defined cost-per-registration and customer-acquisition-cost targets, acquire high-converting new partners such as comparison engines, publishers, content creators and influencers, and grow relationships with top-tier existing partners. You ensure clean tracking setups, campaign attribution, remuneration contracts and invoicing across networks such as Impact and financeAds, and you monitor channel performance in Looker and HubSpot. You work in the B2C DACH team alongside the Country Head DACH and collaborate with Product, Tech, Investment/Pension and Marketing.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in affiliate marketing, partner management or performance marketing within the DACH region
  • Solid understanding of tracking setups, attribution models, affiliate network mechanics (e.g. Impact, financeAds), commercial remuneration structures and digital marketing trends
  • Proven track record of managing performance budgets and maintaining target acquisition costs (CPR/CAC)
  • Experience using data analytics tools such as Looker and Excel to optimise campaign outcomes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a hands-on, proactive attitude and strong team collaboration
  • Business fluency in German and English, written and spoken
