Description

Raisin, a savings and investment platform connecting consumers with banks across the EU, UK and US, is hiring a Customer Service Agent for its investment and pension products. You will become an expert in these products and processes and act as the main contact for customers, handling inquiries independently by phone and in writing in both German and English. Topics range from account opening through the investment and pension offering to basic tax questions. The role involves close collaboration with other customer service teams and Raisin departments, and contributes directly to a positive platform experience for customers.

Requirements

  • German at C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Good command of English.
  • Enjoyment of working with people and the ability to handle several tasks under pressure while setting priorities.
  • Interest in complex topics and in modern finance and capital markets.
  • Willingness to keep learning and stay updated on process changes.
  • Located in Berlin or Hamburg and ready to work from the office at least twice a week.
  • Good IT skills, especially Google Workspace and Zendesk.
