Description

enmacc, Europe's largest over-the-counter trading platform for energy and environmental commodities, is looking for a Legal Working Student to join its Legal team in Munich. The role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of law, technology and the energy transition within a fast-growing digital trading company. You will support commercial, corporate and energy law work, help review and draft customer and vendor contracts in German and English, and conduct regulatory research on topics such as BaFin compliance, REMIT II, GDPR and NIS-2. You will also help the team adopt AI-driven workflows and Legal Tech tooling and collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance and Management. The position is available from September 2026 in the Munich office.

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in law, business law (Wirtschaftsrecht) or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on civil, commercial or economic law.
  • Analytical approach, highly organized working style and strong attention to detail.
  • High openness to digital tools, automation and the use of AI assistants to improve efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working in a collaborative, highly international team.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
