Description

Sprengnetter, part of the Scout24 group since 2023, is hiring an order processing specialist for its service centre and back office in Berlin. The role arranges inspection and valuation appointments with customers and external service providers by phone and in writing, monitors scheduling and handles complaints and the shared mailbox. In the back office part of the job it coordinates colleagues in day-to-day business, processes property inspection orders, prepares site plans, runs address checks and issues invoices for clients and credit notes for surveyors. The position also documents order-relevant information in the service system and works with other departments on process optimisation.

  • Composure and resilience to stress even during intensive work phases.
  • Business-fluent German in speech and writing.
  • Motivation to question existing processes and actively optimise them.
  • Confident use of digital tools and quick familiarisation with new systems.
