Description

Kolibri Games, a Berlin-based mobile games developer known for idle titles, is hiring a Game Data Analyst to strengthen its product analytics capability. The role is an individual contributor position focused on advanced analysis, data modeling and building scalable analytical foundations that support several game teams over time. Day to day the analyst answers complex questions about player behaviour, engagement and progression using SQL, designs player segmentation and behavioural cohorts, and runs A/B tests that guide product decisions. The position also involves maintaining analytics-ready data models, safeguarding data quality and documentation, and contributing to self-serve reporting. It is a hybrid role based in Berlin within the Data Platform team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
  • Experience working with complex datasets and analytical data models
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Curiosity, ownership and eagerness to learn new tools and approaches
