Description

adjoe builds technology for mobile app growth and monetisation, and its adjoe Ads platform connects advertisers and publishers through Android and iOS SDKs, taking every ad decision in under 200ms across 10 million daily users. As a Product Analyst in Hamburg you will monitor core ad exchange KPIs such as bid rates, win rates, timeout rates, eCPM and render rates, and run deep dives to uncover bidding patterns and supply path optimisation opportunities. You will design, track and evaluate A/B tests for product features, floor pricing rules and traffic shaping algorithms, and query billions of rows to turn raw ad events into clear business answers. You will analyse bid request data to identify inefficient traffic and help product managers design smart routing rules that balance revenue against operational cost. You will also build automated dashboards that give Product, Engineering and Demand Partnerships real-time visibility into campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst in AdTech (programmatic, ad exchange, SSP or DSP)
  • Understanding of what drives marketplace health and revenue
  • Advanced SQL skills to query billions of rows, spot anomalies and translate complex metrics into actionable recommendations
  • Experience designing, tracking and evaluating A/B tests for product features, pricing rules and algorithms
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Power BI or Redash
  • Ability to balance top-line revenue with operational costs when analysing traffic efficiency
  • Proactive, hands-on working style able to manage multiple analytical priorities in a fast-paced environment
