Health & Safety Manager (all genders)

Zalando is hiring a Health & Safety Manager for its logistics site in Mönchengladbach to ensure occupational safety, health protection and fire protection on site. Working with the site Safety Lead and occupational safety specialists, you will ensure compliance with legal requirements and advise managers and employees, for example on the design of workplaces and processes. You will prepare safety KPI reports, initiate preventive measures, liaise with the statutory accident insurer, authorities, fire brigade, company doctor and works council, and help organise first aider and fire safety helper training. Candidates need a technical degree or technician, engineer or master craftsman qualification, certification as an occupational safety specialist under ASiG, first health and safety experience and good German and English.
