Description

Talon.One builds a promotions and loyalty engine for retailers and brands and is hiring a Product Manager to own the Gamification domain within its Campaign Manager product and APIs. Paired with a Product Lead in a tribe of three squads, you will own discovery end to end, gathering insights from retailers, brands and internal stakeholders and translating them into specifications for new features, while delivery is owned by the Engineering Manager. You will build relationships with Technical Account and Integration Managers and retail integration partners, collaborate with commercial, data and engineering teams, and define metrics for gamification impact. Candidates need 3+ years of product management, experience in agile cross-functional teams, a strong understanding of B2B SaaS and API-first products, and fluent English. The role is based in Berlin.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management
  • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
  • Self-organized and outcome-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting (2-week sprints, Jira)
  • Experience with and curiosity about AI tools
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B, SaaS and API-first products and APIs in general
