(Junior) CS Operations Manager - Complaints Management (m/f/d)

Raisin is a Berlin-based FinTech platform for savings and investment products that connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. In the Solution Management team within Customer Service, the (Junior) CS Operations Manager handles customer complaints and escalations from Germany and across Europe in line with BaFin regulations, GDPR and internal guidelines. The role includes screening and prioritizing inquiries, drafting compliant responses with senior colleagues, the Legal team and the Data Protection Officer, processing data protection requests and supporting the assessment of fraud cases. Candidates need a university degree or comparable training, first experience in complaint management, customer service, legal support or compliance, excellent German at C2 or native level and fluent English.
