Description

As a Lifecycle Manager at N26, you will own the lifecycle communication strategy for a core domain within the Lifecycle team. The role bridges customer insight and business growth by turning analytics into customer journeys, optimising customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and accelerating Primary Account adoption. Working closely with Product Marketing and leveraging automation, predictive models and AI tools, you will lead high-impact CRM campaigns while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance. You will also establish A/B testing frameworks and act as a CRM voice for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer growth roles
  • Proven track record of developing multi-channel lifecycle strategies with measurable impact on engagement, retention and LTV
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret customer data and make data-backed conclusions
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, partnering with Product Marketing, Analytics and Creative teams
  • Hands-on proficiency with customer engagement platforms
  • Solid understanding of data privacy rules (GDPR) and regulatory requirements in customer communications
