Description

adjoe builds technologies behind mobile app growth and monetization, and its Playtime Arcade rewarded-advertising product reaches over 770 million users a year. The Senior Go Backend Developer joins the Product Operations team, which keeps the platform running, builds custom integrations for enterprise publishers such as Venmo and PayPal and develops diagnostic tooling. You will build and optimize high-traffic Go microservices with Kafka and SQS/SNS, aggregate billions of daily API events, tune data access across Druid, MySQL, Redis and DynamoDB, and integrate ML algorithms together with Data Scientists. Candidates need 5+ years of Go experience, including 3+ years building production Go services, plus hands-on Terraform, Docker and serverless infrastructure skills.

  • 5+ years of experience in Go, including 3+ years building production Go services
  • Experience profiling and optimizing applications under real traffic
  • Experience with large Go applications handling considerable daily request volume
  • Experience designing and operating microservice architectures with Kafka and SQS/SNS
  • Experience with Druid, MySQL, Redis and DynamoDB and optimizing queries and data access patterns
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker and serverless infrastructure
