Enterprise Sales Leader DACH

n8n is hiring an Enterprise Sales Leader to build DACH into its most predictable Enterprise sales region. You will coach and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, establish rigorous forecasting and pipeline management, and create a repeatable operating model with playbooks and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-based deal inspection. The role also covers hiring and scaling the team, setting strategy for the DACH territory and its most complex enterprise deal cycles, and orchestrating executive engagement across accounts. You will work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps and Product. The role is remote within Germany, requires 5+ years of frontline enterprise sales management and involves on-site customer visits.
