Description

CHECK24 is looking for a Team Lead for its loan sales unit at its Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Bremen, Munich, Mönchengladbach and Hannover locations. You lead a sales-oriented team and develop its members through feedback conversations and coaching, create onboarding plans and run regular performance analyses to build targeted development plans. The role is hands-on: you also advise customers on loans in inbound and outbound calls without cold calling, conduct job interviews to grow the team and help optimise processes. Candidates need several years of sales experience, ideally in financial services, telephone sales or as a trained bank clerk, plus first proven professional and disciplinary leadership experience.
