Working Student (m/f/d) Customer Service – CHECK24 Tax
Description
CHECK24 Tax is looking for a working student for its customer service team in Dortmund, employed by Verbraucherportal Deutschland GmbH, a CHECK24 Group subsidiary. You answer customer questions about their digital tax return by email in a friendly, reliable and solution-oriented way. The role also involves carefully recording and maintaining relevant data and supporting the team with various day-to-day customer care tasks. Candidates should be enrolled in business administration, economics, e-commerce or a similar field, be confident with MS Office and AI tools, and have business-fluent German at C2 level.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree, ideally business administration, economics, e-commerce or a comparable field
- Enjoy customer contact and communicate in writing in a friendly, empathetic and professional way
- Reliable, independent, careful and conscientious way of working
- Confident use of MS Office and willingness to use AI tools in your work
- Business-fluent written and spoken German (C2)
