Description

CHECK24 AI Forge is looking for a working student in Munich to support quality assurance of its agentic chat and voice solutions built on generative AI. You systematically test these AI solutions on mobile devices, desktop PCs and tablets under Android and iOS, compare product management requirements with actual results through manual and automated tests, and document deviations. The role includes supporting error analysis with product management, accompanying releases with targeted QA measures, creating and maintaining test plans and test cases, and helping automate recurring tests. Candidates should study economics, computer science, mathematics, a technical subject or a similar field, work precisely and in a structured way, and have very good German (at least C1) and good English.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in economics, computer science, mathematics, a technical degree or a comparable field (first-semester students welcome)
  • Precision and attention to detail when checking requirements, test results and possible errors
  • Structured approach, keeping track of different test scenarios and documenting results clearly
  • Ability to describe test results and anomalies clearly and coordinate with product management colleagues
  • Interest in generative AI and chat and voice solutions
  • Very good German (at least C1) and good English
