Description

Appraiser and certified valuation expert for real estate at Sprengnetter (part of the Scout24 Group), focused on valuing special-purpose properties such as hotels, clinics, cinemas and equestrian facilities. You independently prepare and review market and mortgage lending valuations, analysing complex property, operator and usage concepts. You handle demanding valuation mandates, ensure the correct application of valuation methods and banking and regulatory requirements, and carry out plausibility checks of existing appraisals. The role requires at least 10 years of practical experience in real estate valuation and a recognised valuation certification.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of practical experience in real estate valuation
  • Solid practical experience valuing special-purpose properties and complex property types
  • Recognised valuation certification (e.g. ZIS Sprengnetter Zert WG or AI, HypZert F, or comparable per DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024)
  • Sound knowledge of determining market and mortgage lending values
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured, comprehensible assessment of complex matters
  • High quality standards and a careful, self-reliant way of working
  • Confident and professional communication with internal and external contacts
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Category B driving licence
