Complaints Compliance & Prevention Manager

N26 is seeking a Complaints Compliance & Prevention Manager to lead compliance governance, audit remediation, and the preventive control framework within its Complaints Management & Prevention department, reporting to the head of the department. The role owns end-to-end planning and execution of the regulatory remediation roadmap and establishes a BaFin-compliant preventive Root Cause Analysis framework. It maintains and owns the department's Written Orders (SfO) for structural compliance and cross-market operational alignment. The manager serves as the primary operational contact for Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and external regulators, and leads a team of associates and specialists.
