Senior Finance Manager (f/m/x)

lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform offering digital access to capital markets through a single API, and part of the dwpbank Group. As Senior Finance Manager, you help build and scale the Finance function, developing processes and policies and becoming the go-to contact for external stakeholders and auditors. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you manage and optimize Accounting, Regulatory Reporting and Planning & Controlling processes, support strategic projects, and help build the annual financial plan. You also support product work by defining functional requirements and test concepts. Requires at least five years in a finance function at a bank, FinTech or regulated institution (or a Big Four firm) and strong knowledge of German GAAP under HGB.
