Description

Ashby, a fast-growing talent-acquisition software company, is hiring a Germany-based Enterprise Account Executive to win enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees) within a remote-first sales organization. The position offers 230K-300K EUR on-target earnings with equity and commission and requires around 25% travel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience, having closed many >$100,000 ACV opportunities
  • Experience selling complex platform technologies in a sales-led go-to-market motion
  • A new-business hunter able to self-source more than 50% of your own pipeline
  • Sold to multiple regions within EMEA, with strong written and verbal fluency in English and German
  • Based in Germany
