
Working Student – Legal Operations (F/M/D)
Description
NavVis, a global leader in reality capture and digital factory solutions, is offering a Working Student position in Legal Operations in Munich. Supporting the Legal team, you will coordinate intellectual property matters with external patent attorneys, help evaluate and roll out legal technology including AI-powered tools, and build AI-supported workflows. Additional tasks include maintaining the legal knowledge base and documentation, conducting legal research, and supporting corporate, privacy, and data protection topics. The role suits a student enrolled in law, business law, or a comparable program with strong English skills and an interest in legal technology and IP. It is a hybrid, part-time working-student role.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in law, business law, or a comparable program with a solid grasp of basic legal principles
- A structured, detail-oriented approach to organizing information and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and spoken English skills
