Description

The Amazon Pathways Leadership Internship is a 10-12 week, full-time summer/autumn 2027 program for MBA, MSc, MEng or PhD students with 3 to 10 years of professional experience, run across Amazon's German fulfilment centres. Interns lead a business-critical project that directly impacts productivity, customer experience and organizational growth, concluding by presenting a solution to senior management. The internship is a gateway to the three-year Pathways program that develops experienced professionals into Amazon's next Senior Operations Managers. The role involves non-traditional shift patterns and openness to relocation within Germany.

Requirements

Very good command of German (CEFR B2) and English at the time of application
Currently enrolled in an MBA, MSc Engineering, PhD or MEng program
Available for 10-12 weeks in summer or autumn 2027 to work full time
3+ years of complex professional experience (excluding internships and work studies) with responsibility for project management and delivery
Flexible to work non-traditional shift patterns, which may include nights and weekends
