Description

Helsing, a defence AI company, is hiring a Treasury Manager in Munich to own the company's liquidity and financial risk posture as it scales. Reporting to the Global Finance Director, the role manages short-, medium-, and long-term liquidity planning, daily cash flows, the global bank account portfolio, and cash pooling across jurisdictions. It identifies and hedges currency and interest-rate risk, supports M&A financing and external financing instruments, and drives digitisation and automation of the treasury function and its systems. It requires substantive corporate treasury or banking experience and fluency in English and German.

Requirements

  • Substantive experience in a corporate treasury function within an international company, or a relevant banking environment
  • Deep practical knowledge of cash management, international payment transactions, and financial risk hedging in multi-entity environments
  • Proficiency in one or more leading Treasury Management Systems (e.g. Kyriba, FIS, Bellin/Coupa, SAP TRM) and comfort with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Contribution to significant capital or financing events, such as external debt structuring or M&A financing
  • Strong analytical approach and meticulous attention to detail with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
  • Fluent in English and German
