Description

Junior Sales Development Representative on SumUp's SDR team in Cologne, the first point of contact for small business owners across Germany. The role contacts prospects by phone, email, and other channels to book qualified appointments, qualifies leads by understanding their needs, and hands opportunities over to field sales with well-documented notes. It involves keeping the CRM current, hitting and exceeding weekly and monthly outbound targets, and continuously improving through coaching and call reviews. Requires fluent German, good English, and a confident, goal-oriented communication style.
