Description
Amazon is hiring an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern for a six-month internship in Leipzig, immersing you in HR within a global operations organization. You will work across HR areas including employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics, supporting internal communications, developing training materials, and helping employees with day-to-day queries. Day to day you might analyze workforce data to build recommendations, support an employee relations case, or collaborate with operations leaders on a training initiative, using data and analytical thinking to drive decisions. A dedicated mentor guides your development, giving you a strong foundation for a career in human resources.
Requirements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in German and English at C1 level or above
- Able to work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to a 6 to 12 month internship
- Currently in your final year working towards a university bachelor's or master's in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law, or a related field
- Right to work in the country of employment by the start date
