Description

Strategy and business development role in the Fleet department at FINN, Germany's leading car subscription platform. You support the leadership team in shaping the strategy, processes and partner landscape of the Fleet department, and put strategy into action by identifying, designing and executing strategic initiatives and scalable processes. You build and maintain a partner network, screen the German and European market for growth opportunities, and keep total cost of ownership in focus to meet profitability targets. You also provide input to the product team to shape and drive automation, and improve performance through data-driven insights. The position is based in Munich with hybrid working.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or similar
  • 1+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicative character able to eloquently excite others for ideas
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to respond to changing priorities
  • Structured and motivated to optimize established processes, with strong solution-finding and creative approaches
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and a passion for working with IT tools
  • Meticulous attention to detail and joy in making processes more efficient
  • Genuine interest in the mobility industry
  • Fluent in German and English
