
(Junior) Sales Manager - Licensing DACH
Description
This Junior Sales Manager role owns new-business development for Statista logo licences across the DACH region, converting a defined portfolio of companies into new customers. The role drives the full outbound sales cycle, from identifying decision-makers and cold calling through negotiating terms and closing deals, and builds trusted relationships that demonstrate the commercial value of Statista's awards and licences. The Sales Manager maintains a structured pipeline in Salesforce and works closely with Lead Research, Project Management, and the wider Licensing organization. The role is based in Hamburg and requires native-level German with good English.
Requirements
- University degree or comparable commercial training with a business focus
- Native-level German and good English skills for communication in an international environment
- Initial practical experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing commercial role
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
