Indirect Procurement Senior Manager - Marketing (All genders)
Description
HelloFresh is hiring an Indirect Procurement Senior Manager for Marketing to lead strategic sourcing and contracting across its global marketing categories, including offline and online media, influencer marketing, sponsorships, and retail media. The role partners with global and regional stakeholders and major suppliers across all HelloFresh markets to develop category strategies and execute sourcing roadmaps that deliver P&L savings. It sits within the Marketing Procurement team, reporting to the lead based in Berlin, and requires at least 5 years of experience in marketing procurement or a commercial marketing role. The position offers a hybrid working model and relocation support to Berlin.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in marketing procurement or in marketing with a commercial focus
- Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology, category management, and supplier management
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Proven track record of taking ownership: identifying problems early and driving resolution independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and reports for senior audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and credibility with business partners at different levels
- Able to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent business English
