Description

Statista, the world's leading business data platform, is hiring a (Senior) Finance Technology Manager in Hamburg to support and lead transformation and optimization projects across Finance. The role analyses, improves and standardizes end-to-end finance processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay), implements and further develops ERP and finance systems, and digitizes reporting and controlling. It also designs and implements automation solutions such as robotic process automation (RPA) and works closely with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Accounts Receivable Management, IT and external partners. It requires a strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA and experience leading complex cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • A degree in business administration, economics, business information systems or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in finance transformation, consulting or a project-focused finance role
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes and their end-to-end optimization
  • Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams
  • A very good understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, and reporting solutions
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to work independently in a structured way
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Very good German and English language skills
