Senior User Acquisition Manager
Description
Wooga, a Berlin-based mobile game studio and part of Playtika, is hiring a Senior User Acquisition Manager. You will own the marketing budget for Wooga's games and partner with multiple teams to develop and execute a data-driven user acquisition and growth strategy, spending millions per month across platforms. You will continuously develop and test hypotheses across channels, audiences, creatives and the user journey, scaling successful learnings, and strengthen relationships with advertising partners such as AppLovin and Google. You will also support the marketing team's analysis pipeline with regular reports and insights for executive management.
Requirements
- Relevant prior work experience in mobile games or apps
- A professional background in quantitative analysis
- Up to date on current marketing trends, tools and consumer behavior
- Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and use data to determine what is working
- Proactive in spotting issues before they become problems
- Able to bring your own data-backed ideas and find consensus
- Comfortable collaborating closely with people from different disciplines
- Excellent written and spoken English
