Description

Raisin, the world's leading platform for savings and investment products, is hiring a Junior Customer Service Agent to join its 1st-level WeltSparen customer service team in Berlin. The role supports German-speaking customers, mainly inbound by phone and email (and in future via live chat), with all matters relating to Raisin's financial products. Contacts focus on service rather than sales, as the team is not permitted to give investment advice, covering account opening, the investment process and basic tax questions. It requires German at C2 level plus fluent English and is a hybrid role based in Berlin.

Requirements

  • German at C2 level, both written and spoken
